Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and C.O.D. Capital. We also accept Roma gift cards. The code for the gift card is entered at check out.
Q. Does Roma Boots ship to P.O. Boxes?
A. Yes, we do.
Q. How much is shipping and handling?
A. Shipping is FREE for orders totaling $75.00 or more within the continental US (Hawaii and Alaska excluded). Beyond that, shipping costs will vary with each individual order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated and provided for you prior to checkout.
Q. How long does it take to receive my boots once I placed my order?
A. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing orders. A shipment notification e-mail will arrive 1-2 business days after you receive your initial order confirmation e-mail, and it will include a tracking link. Wait time will vary by shipping option selected.
Q. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
A. We generally process orders within 1-2 business days. Unfortunately, once we've fulfilled and shipped your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.
Q. Do you ship internationally outside of the continental United States?
A. Yes we do!
Q. I'm unsure what size to order. How do Roma Boots run?
A. Roma Boots generally run a half size large. We recommend sizing down if in between sizes.
Q. What if I don’t want a pair of rain boots, can I still buy a pair for a child in need or make a donation?

Q. What is your exchange/return policy?
A. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept undamaged boots for exchange/returns within 30 days of the order date. We offer online credit or exchanges/returns on any of our products, excluding sale items. Store credit is valid for up to 90 Days. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee, $5 restocking fee for children's and $10 restocking fee for ladies boots. We do not refund or reimburse shipping charges. Any merchandise considered worn/used cannot be exchanged or returned. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Q. If my boots were purchased through a 3rd party that does offer returns, can I return my boots if they don't fit?
A. No. You will need to contact them directly for their specific exchange/return instructions.
Q. Can I return an item I bought online in person to your store?
A. Sure! As long as it wasn't marked Final Sale, you are welcome to return any online purchases within 30 days of your order date to our brick and mortar store.
Q. I have a discount code. When in the checkout process do I get to enter my discount code and see the revised total?
A. When you process from the shopping cart into the checkout customer information page, you will be able to enter your discount code in the order summary section directly under the Roma item(s) you are purchasing.
