Q. What forms of payments do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We also accept Roma gift cards. The code for the gift card is entered at check out.

Q. Does Roma Boots ship to P.O. Boxes?

A. Yes, we do.

Q. How much is shipping and handling?

A. Shipping is a standard price anywhere within the continental United States. There are 3 options available to you at checkout - Express, Priority, and Standard.

Q. How long does it take to receive my boots once I placed my order?

A. 2 to 5 business days for Standard Shipping, 1 to 3 business days for Priority 2nd Day Air Shipping, or 1 business day for Express Next Day Air Shipping. 

Q. Do you ship internationally outside of the continental United States?

A. We currently are working on delivering your Roma Boots to you in Canada and other parts of the world at a reasonable rate for you as a our valued Roma customer.   Please contact us directly if you are interested in placing an order.

Q. What if I don’t want a pair of rain boots, can I still buy a pair for a child in need or make a donation?

A. Yes! You can CLICK HERE or send a donation by check to Roma For All, P.O. Box 38461, Dallas, TX 75238.

Q. What is your exchange/return policy?

A. We accept undamaged boots for exchange and returns are given as store credit.

Q. How do I exchange my boots?

A. Please ship your boots back to us, and once we receive them, we email a promo code for a new pair.

Q. I have a discount code. When in the checkout process do I get to enter my discount code and see the revised total?

A. When you progress from the shopping cart into the checkout customer information page, you will be able to enter your discount code in the order summary section directly under the Roma items you are purchasing.
